New TV Series Featuring Stars From "Lord of the Rings" and "West Wing" Filming in Union City

Union City, better known as the "Progressive City," is moving fast to cement its status as Georgia's new film and TV production hub.

The south metro municipality recently landed a major television series starring Jimmy Smits of "The West Wing" and Miranda Otto of "Lord of the Rings" fame.

"24: Legacy" continues the real time storytelling of its predecessor, "24," while introducing a new line of fast paced plots and a slate of fresh faces.
