2nd Edition of Tomorrowworld Sees Increase in Both Earnings and Attendance

SFX Entertainment, the parent company of the Tomorrowworld music festival held in Chattahoochee Hills, announced today that the 2014 event saw an increase in both attendance and earnings.

"TomorrowWorld Atlanta, the North American version of the world’s largest Electronic Music Culture (EMC) festival Tomorrowland, saw attendance rise 24% and EBITDA grow by approximately $10 million from the startup losses experienced in the event’s debut last year," SFX Entertainment Chairman and CEO Robert F.X. Sillerman said.

EBITDA, or Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization, represents net income (loss) before other income (loss), interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, non-cash equity-based compensation expense, and non-recurring items, including financing and other transaction costs.

Sillerman went on to say 2014 was one of growth and transformation for SFX and expressed excitement by the tremendous progress made by the company.
