South Fulton United Leader Hopes Cityhood Bill Gets to Governor Deal by Mid-February

House Bill 704, the legislation asking unincorporated south Fulton County residents if they want a new city, will be on Governor Deal's desk by the middle of February.

Those are the hopes of South Fulton United leader Benny Crane, who talked with Georgia Unfiltered and HomeRuleNews.com Thursday night after a town hall meeting on the future of south Fulton County.

Crane also said that he expected the feasibility study, determining whether the proposed city of South Fulton can sustain itself financially, will be released next week.
