Ethics Complaint Filed Against #ATL City Council Member Claims $4K in Unreported Campaign Cash

Georgia Unfiltered obtained a copy of an ethics complaint filed against Atlanta City Council Member H. Lamar Willis.

The complaint, which can be read below, alleges Willis "accepted at least $4,000 in campaign contributions," but did not report them.

Willis, who is up for re-election this fall, is also facing the possibility of being disbarred for "allegedly depositing $30,000 meant for a client in a personal injury case into his own bank account," according to a Creative Loafing report [Wheatley, Thomas (7 February 2013).
