Clayton County Sheriff Notches Yet Another Court Victory. He's the Luckiest S.O.B. in the State of Georgia.

Victor Hill, the Sheriff of Clayton County, is the luckiest S.O.B. in the State of Georgia.

Despite being under indictment on several felony charges, Hill emerged victorious in his bid for another term as Clayton County Sheriff. Hill notched another victory when Clayton County Superior Court Judge Albert Collier dismissed five of the thirty-seven charges against him. And yesterday, the Georgia Court of Appeals handed Victor Hill yet another win when they refused to reinstate the five charges thrown out by Judge Collier.

Below is the opinion from the state Court of Appeals:

The State vs. Hill by Andre Walker

Victor Hill is like the Teflon Don. You could hit him with everything you've got, and he'll just smile at you and keep on coming.

Good grief.
