The United States Census Bureau released a report Tuesday, showing the percentages of adults who voted and registered in every congressional and presidential election between 1996 and 2010.

The report says that, in Georgia, seniors and those with a college degree have the highest voting rate.

Voter registration numbers from the Secretary of State's office indicate 849,324 Georgians over the age of 65 are registered to vote. That equates to 16.6% of all Georgia registered voters.

The voting rate of Georgians with at least a bachelor's degree was 56 percent in the 2010 election.
