If Gingrich does form a presidential exploratory committee, he'll be the second Georgian to do so in the 2012 cycle. WSB talk radio host Herman Cain, who sought the Republican nomination for one of Georgia's U.S. Senate seats in 2004, has been taking steps towards a White House bid; hiring Americans for Prosperity Wisconsin state director Mark Block to lead the Cain exploratory committee.
