Insider Advantage Georgia released the results of a new poll that shows Barack Obama leading in the Peach State for the first time.
Their poll also points to a run-off in Georgia's hotly contested U.S. Senate race between Republican incumbent Saxby Chambliss and Democratic challenger Jim Martin.

Another set of polls released yesterday by Rasmussen Reports says John McCain's lead in Georgia is down to five points after being at eleven points in September [Source: Rasmussen Reports, "McCain’s Lead Down to Five Points in Georgia", October 23, 2008]. In the U.S. Senate race, the Rasmussen survey puts Chambliss ahead of Martin by two. Libertarian Allen Buckley registers at 1% in the poll [Source: Rasmussen Reports, "Chambliss Ahead By Just Two in Georgia", October 23, 2008].
