Voter Georgia's Voting Machine Lawsuit Tossed Out

It took a little bit more than two years for a judge to hear a lawsuit filed by Voter Georgia seeking to ban the use of the state's electronic voting machines and just 90 minutes for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Michael Johnson to reject the group's claims.

A Fulton County Superior Court Judge on Monday tossed out a lawsuit to scrap Georgia’s electronic voting system.

Judge Michael Johnson dismissed the suit after hearing 90 minutes of argument from lawyers on both sides of the case. The group that filed the suit, VoterGa, plans to appeal the judge’s ruling.
