Insider Advantage Poll: Georgia Solidly Supporting McCain

Insider Advantage Georgia is out with a new poll today that will probably drive a lot of Georgia Democrats to the bottle in an attempt to drown out their electoral sorrows in alcohol.

The latest polling numbers say that despite all the talk about Georgia being a competitve state for Democrat Barack Obama, John McCain is pulling nearly two-thirds of support in the Peach State.

Q. If the election were held today, would you vote for:

John McCain - 56%
Barack Obama - 38%
Other - 2%
Undecided - 4%

With disappointing numbers like these, is there any wonder why the Obama campaign is starting to pull resources out of the Empire State of the South.
