DSCC Poll: Martin Trails Chambliss By Three Points

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) has released a new poll that shows Jim Martin trailing Republican Saxby Chambliss by three points.

The poll, conducted by the Mellman Group, included a sampling size of 600 likely voters and a margin of error of +/-4%.

If the November 2008 general election for U.S. Senate were held today and the candidates were Democrat Jim Martin and Republican Saxby Chambliss, and Libertarian Allen Buckley for whom would you vote, or are you undecided?

Saxby Chambliss (R) - 37
Jim Martin (D) - 34
Allen Buckley (L) - 3
