South Fulton Businessman Considering Run For State Senate

With state Senator Kasim Reed (D - Atlanta) actively campaigning to become Atlanta's next mayor, there are already some who are eyeing Reed's seat in the Georgia state Senate.

South Fulton businessman Benny Crane has confirmed that he is considering a run for the state senate. And there are rumors that former state Senator Donzella James, who held the 35th district post until giving it up to run for Congress in 2002, is quietly organizing a campaign team for a potential run.
