While on the convention floor, I had a chance to flip through the Temporary Roll of Delegates and Alternates to the 2008 Democratic National Convention. For the most part, everything was on the up and up until I got to the 12th congressional district and saw that Portia Gifford was replaced as a delegate by Aleta Payne.
Both females are pledged Obama delegates.
